Registration is now waitlisted
Following the overwhelming response to the 48th Annual Conference, we wish to advise you that registration for the event is now waitlisted. A record attendance is expected this year as for the first time we have surpassed the 300 delegate mark and have fully booked out capacity in both hotels and dinner venues. In this respect we would like to thank all those who have once again shown interest in our annual event.
We will do our best to find places for those who join the waitlist but, unfortunately, will not be able to guarantee a place.
In view of the situation, should anyone, for any reason, no longer wish to attend or in case you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, may we kindly ask you to drop us an email at sec@itfa.org advising us accordingly. Apart from helping us to better manage the event, this will also give us the opportunity to serve waitlisted individuals.

Discounts
The 2nd delegate registering from the same company will receive a discount. The delegate will be automatically directed to the respective discounted category and the discount will be reflected at the last step of the booking confirmation.
The 3rd & following delegates registering from the same company will receive a further discount. The delegate will be automatically directed to the respective discounted category and the discount will be reflected at the last step of the booking confirmation.
For 2nd & 3rd Registration Discounts, please note that only once the 1st Registration is confirmed, will you be able to register for the 2nd Delegate discount, and once the 2nd Delegate is confirmed, will you be able to register for the 3rd Delegate discount.
Discounts for Members
In order to receive the reduced rate for ITFA members, prospective participants are required to have enrolled as members of the ITFA. Should you wish to become an ITFA member, send us an email on info@itfa.org or fill in the online application which can be found here.
The Conference Fee
The Conference fee includes: lunches, coffee breaks and dinners as mentioned in the programme, accommodation in a room for single occupancy on Wednesday and Thursday nights, breakfast on Thursday and Friday, all conference documentation and shuttle bus from the conference venue to the airport on Friday.
All guests: any other activities (e.g. telephone calls, leisure activities) are to be settled directly with the hotel upon checking out.
Terms and Conditions

Refund of registration fee will be as follows:
- Cancellations received until and including 1 May, 2022 – full refund.
- Cancellations received between 2 May and 3 July, 2022 – 60% will be refunded.
- As of 4 July, 2022 – no refund will be made.
Note, in case of cancellation at any stage, a handling fee of €100 (EUR) will be levied. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
Group registration
Group registration of 2 participants or more are now possible.
COVID 19 clause
In the case that the conference needs to be cancelled by the organisers due to Covid 19 restrictions, then any conference related payments will be fully refunded.
Confirmation of registration
An invoice will be issued as written confirmation of your registration by the Conference Secretariat.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
